Refund policy

Returns
Flo appreciates all orders you place with us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Our return policy is as follows:

1.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Returns are processed as exchanges or store credit for regular priced items.

3.  Please include your invoice with your return.

4.  Returned items, including footwear must not have been worn.

5.  All original tags must be attached.

6.  Footwear must be returned in their original shoe box.

7.  WE OFFER A DIGITAL GIFT CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS.



Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All items are inspected for quality assurance before shipping. Upon receiving your returned items, we inspect for all signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. Once we determine that your item is in good condition, we will email store credit information.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shipping
Returned merchandise should be shipped to:  Flo Boutique, 404 W. Willis, Detroit MI 48201

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs of items returned via a requested return label will be deducted from the refund total.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Order not delivered or Returned to sender

In the event that your order has been returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your return. If we issue a store credit, it would be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
